The U18 team gathered together last Sunday for a Team Dinner to celebrate their great achievements this season. The U18 did incredibly well in their transition into the 11-a-side adult league, winning the majority of their matches. Their most recent feat in the China (Shanghai) International Youth School Football Invitational 2021 was equally impressive, winning third place behind top teams Shenhua and SIPG.
After a nice meal, Coach Meison awarded some of the players for their exceptional performances this season. They received a certificate of acknowledgment, as did the Team Manager Aky. Besides the mentioned players, many deserve equal recognition. The awards were tough decisions for the Academy, as the entire team did extremely well this season. The awarded players are:
