In the group stage, the team won three out of four matches and finished second in their group. Special congratulations to three of our players, who were named Man of the Match- Sam (twice), Eli, and Fynn. Juve U17 had a great match against Shanghai Port (SIPG) who topped the group, giving them a tough time and keeping a very close score throughout most of the match. However, the team was a bit unlucky and suffered quite a few injuries. Nonetheless, it was a great fight from the team that showcased their potential and this put them against the other group's runner-up to fight for the bronze medal. The team won convincingly with a scoreline of 3-1, ending the tournament on a great note! Check out some of Juve U17's goals in the compilation video below!

As a result of Juventus Academy Shanghai U17's hard work, the team had a chance to see themselves on TV! The team was awarded at the Closing Ceremony of the tournament at the Shanghai Fengxian Sports Center Stadium. The ceremony was covered by multiple media outlets and broadcasted by Shanghai's primary Sports Channel, featuring Juventus Academy Shanghai U17 as the Second Runner-Up. A well-deserved public acknowledgment for our players, great job to all Juventus players, coaches, and management!
