Hi all, my name is Lannie! You might have seen me around these last few weeks, but let me formally introduce myself. I’m Lannie, and I’m the Marketing/Social Media Manager at Juventus Academy Shanghai. I write and publish the articles posted on this Wechat Official Account, the Juventus Academy Shanghai website, and so on. I also take part in organizing events and help with whatever the office is busy with at the moment. I try to be present for the matches every Saturday so I can take some photos and do a better job writing the Monday reports.
My love for Juventus started back in the summer of 2016 during the Euros. I decided to watch casually, but eventually fell in love with the Italian defense line- Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, and Buffon. After some research, I found out that these four players all belong to a club based in Turin called Juventus, and from then on I have been a huge fan. I wake up for every single match that the team plays, even though the time difference means most games start at 3 or 4 in the morning. My favorite players from Juve are “La Joya” Dybala and “Gigi” Buffon. My Bianconeri dreams are to 1) eventually visit Turin and watch a match at Allianz Stadium and 2) to see Juve win the Champion’s League.
