U8 RAVANELLI

Another great victory for the U8 Ravanelli team, winning 5-1 against their opponents. It didn’t take long for Juve to open the scoreline as they took the lead within the first ten minutes of the match. Though the opponents created a few good opportunities, the U8 did a good job to keep the lead and finish the first half 4-0. Juve started the second half with more experimentation and therefore conceded a goal. However, our goalie Gray scored an amazing free-kick soon after to bring the goal difference back to four. In all, a great performance from our U8 Ravanelli team, who seems to be improving training by training and coming together as a team.

The Vialli boys started strong, scoring three goals in the first half from Daniel, Johnny, and Luis. Though the first half ended with a 3-1 lead, Juve was not able to convert in the second half and conceded two more goals. Despite the match ending with a rather disappointing draw, the team will surely continue to try their best for better results.

U12 TREZEGUET

The U12 Trezeguet team played a friendly last weekend, in which the team dominated completely. After just 20 minutes, Juve were ahead by four goals from Edoardo, Matthew, Luscien, and Jonah. The opponent coach then requested the match to be stopped due to lack of substitutes and fatigue, so the U12 ended up playing a training match amongst themselves. Good job team!

U14 DAVIDS

This match was difficult, as it was a fixture against the other strongest team in the group. After three good matches from U14 Davids, the team continued to build on their confidence with a 3-1 win. Even though the opponents did well technically and physically, Juve also rose to the occasion. The first half was tight and the scoreline ended 1-1. After a talk from the coach at halftime, the second half started well as Eric scored a second goal for Juve early. The U14 Davids team widened the scoreline when Kyle successfully converted a penalty. Impressive 3-1 win for Juve!

JUVENTUS U15

The Juventus U15 team played against strong team Lucky Star in the SFA league, ending the match with a 1-4 loss. Though Juve started off pressuring high and keeping the opponents in their half, Lucky Star was the team to score first. Unfortunately, Juve then suffered the loss of Alvaro as he was fouled badly and injured with a wrist fracture. In the second half, the referee’s controversial call denied the Bianconeri of a penalty. In the end, the match ended 1-4 with the one goal coming from a header by Xavier. In all, good game, and get well soon Alvaro!

JUVENTUS U17

In a match against one of the top teams of the league, Juve U17 showed great resilience and finished a difficult match with a 1-4 scoreline. Due to injuries, the team had only 10 available players which proved to be a significant challenge. Juve started off great, with the team opening up the scoreline and retaining the lead until the last minutes of the first half when the opponents equalized. Due to the lack of substitutes, the players decreased in performance in the second half because of fatigue and conceded three goals. Despite this, the U17 never gave up and persistently attempted to create chances. Overall, this was a tough defeat but the team proved their strengths even under the most unfortunate circumstances.
