The U9 played their first friendly against a Chinese team that trains daily, unfortunately ending up with a loss. U11

The reigning Champions of U11’s Division B has climbed up to the top division this season and looking toward the first place yet again. However, a loss in a friendly showed that work still needs to be put in from the talented players. The first half was tight and Juve showed a lot of promising chances to attack but ultimately ended up being one goal behind at halftime. The second half saw the team gradually lose focus and confidence, and the team conceded some more goals without scoring. Despite this, it is easy to see that the team is beyond qualified to aim for the Champions spot this season. Edoardo scored the two goals from Juve, showcasing his great awareness on the pitch. This was also a trial match for the coach and many players, testing out all different types of formations ahead of the official start of the first season. The team is full of potential and skill, the expectations for this team remain high, Forza Juve!

U13 RONALDO

Wonderful 5-0 win and performance put on by the top division boys of U13, a highly talented team where every player is in the top-level. The team played cooperative, quick football that still took the time to build great attacking plays from the back when needed. Jacob was on fire, scoring a hat-trick and outshining the opponents with his sheer pace. Toby had great awareness to tuck in a rebound after Yogo’s shot goes off the crossbar. Joshua makes it five at the end. Joshua and Giacomo were wonderful in the back as defence, assisting Keke’s great goal-keeping to keep a clean sheet. Adam, Tomas, and Yogo had great vision to link the defense to the attack. Sky, Alan, and Johnny did very well to pressure the opponents and threaten their goal. This game was a joy to watch, the team seems to almost be on autopilot when they are on the pitch. Absolutely amazing performance.

The U13 Dybala team instead played a friendly match, losing in a very tight score of 2-1. The team did quite well and many players showed good skill. Curtis made great saves in-goal, Thomas had quite a few good chances to score, great defense from Hanson, and a nice goal from Owen. Overall a great team effort!

U14

Solid team performance from the U14, ending up with a 3-2 win which did not accurately reflect their dominance on the pitch. The first half saw the team completely in control, scoring three goals within 20 minutes in the first half. In the second half, the team continued to have many chances on goal but mellowed down a bit in terms of performance. Ultimately it was a 3-2 score. The U14 team is very tough to play against when they are motivated and focused, full of players with strong skills and personality on the pitch. Great win to start the season!

U16

The U16 started of the season with a great 2-0 win against their opponents. In the first half, both teams fought hard. Although Juve created good chances, the first half ended with no goals from either side. After a motivating team talk during halftime, Juve went back into the game with a winning mentality. In the 55th minute, Gui passed to Mert who was at the top of the box, where he scored a half-volley into the top right corner of the goal. The opponent goalkeeper could not do anything against this beautiful shot. In the 65th minute of the game, Chris extended the Bianconeri’s lead to 2-0 when he scored a goal after a 1 on 1 against the goalkeeper. The match ended 2-0 for Juve, as the defense stayed solid throughout the entire match. Overall, the team fought very hard, and fully deserved this win as they controlled the game well. The team is ready for a great season ahead, Forza Juve!
