U8 BREMER (8-0 WIN)

The U8 Bremer team bounced back from last week’s lost and won against their opponents 8-0. Juventus was the stronger team on the pitch throughout the entire match and did not face many threats of conceding. This match was a good practice for the young team to get minutes and continue to develop their skills.

U10 PAREDES (1-4 LOSS)

The U10 Paredes team played against a tough opponent and lost 1-4, but exhibited good improvement and teamwork in the match. Throughout the match, the players fought hard and defended well, recovering balls and launching counter-attacks. At halftime, the match was a 1-1 draw. However, two consecutive mistakes in the second half caused Juve to concede and lose focus. Despite the team doing everything to score another goal, the opponents extended the scoreline at the end and finished the match.

Even with the loss, this match is a positive reflection of the team. The players showed strong mentality and their desire to improve. It’s only up from here, Forza Juve!

U11 DI MARIA (7-1 WIN)

The U11 Di Maria team played a friendly against an older U12 opponent, and still won the match comfortably 7-1. Throughout the match, Juve dominated possession and played in smooth, controlled passes. Scoring 7 goals in different styles, the Di Maria boys showcased their high level of ball control and offensive skills even against older players. Check out the goal compilation video below!

U12 VLAHOVIC (1-2 LOSS)

The U12 Vlahovic team fought hard but unfortunately lost their match in a tight 1-2 scoreline. The match was intense from the get-go with the opponents pressuring Juve and scoring an early goal. The Vlahovic team then began to organize their formation better, opening the match to create more attacking chances. Despite this, the opponents defended well and the first half ended 0-1.

Juventus dominated after the halftime break, and scored a goal through a well-executed free-kick from Karen. The team kept pushing to score the winning goal, but the opponents were able to capitalize from a counter attack and took back the lead.

The result is unfortunate, since the U12 fought hard and deserved to win. However, this was also a good lesson for the team to work harder on their finishing to ensure a win and not risk conceding in the last minutes. In all, great performance from the team, better luck next time.

U13 CHIESA (4-1 WIN)

The U13 Chiesa team won their match 4-1 despite the team losing many players to community lockdowns. Even without any substitutes available for the match, Juventus played smoothly and scored two goals early in the match. Though the team had many other chances to score, the opponent’s goalkeeper did a good job and so the first half finished 2-0.

In the second half, Juve conceded a goal from the opponents. However, this did not deter the team and the U13 were able to score another two goals to finish the match with a comfortable 4-1 scoreline.

U14 BONUCCI (~17-0 WIN)

The U14 Bonucci team played a friendly match against their opponents and won by a huge margin, at around 17-0. As the result suggests, the team was far superior and completely dominated the game. This was a good practice match to build individual confidence and execute 1 and 2 touch passing. The team looks forward to showcasing their skills against their next opponents.

U16 POGBA (3-2 WIN)

The U16 Pogba team played an intense match, winning the game 3-2 through a dramatic comeback. Juve controlled the match from the beginning, winning most of the duels and putting consistent pressure on the opponents. The first goal came from Juve. However, the team soon conceded a goal from a mistake and saw a drop in mentality. Juve were not able to build organized attacking chances and the opponents scored another toward the end of the first half which ended 1-2.

Juventus returned to the pitch in the second half with a fresher mindset. The team calmed down in the defense and midfield, and slowly regained control of the field. On the attacking front, Juve also excelled in terms of pace and created many good chances to score. Eventually, Quintin’s long-range shot brings the Bianconeri level. Another goal from Quintin soon followed, and the team held on to the lead until the end.

Juve was the better team on the pitch throughout the entire match but suffered a little in mentality. However, the team recovered quickly and showcased good fight, finishing the match with a positive result. Good game, and good luck this weekend!
