U14 DEL PIERO

Although the U14 Del Piero boys were the better team on the pitch and finished the first half with a 2-0 lead, crucial mistakes in the second half lost them the match. This match taught the players that to win, the team must stay focused and consistent throughout the entire match. Tough luck this week, but we believe in better results next match. Keep fighting, let’s go boys!

U15 PLATINI

The U15 Platini team played a match against tough opponents, who were on average three years older. Despite this big challenge, the team fought very hard and never seemed to give up on the pitch. The U15 also were missing their main striker Alvaro, after he suffered an injury in the SFA league, as well as Chris in the midfield. In all, though stamina began to decrease toward the end of the second half, the boys never gave up. Great fight, we love to see it, Forza Juve!

GIRLS GAMA

The Juve Gama Girls played against rather difficult opponents this week, but deservingly earned a 5-3 win. After a solid first half of defending and great communication, Juve kept a slim 1-0 advantage. Many more goals came in the second half, as the scoreline moved to 2-0, 2-1, then 3-1. In the last ten minutes of the match, the opponents launched a few effective attacks and were able to equalize within a short span of time. The Gama Girls did not give up, however, as the team kept encouraging each other and pushing to score.
