U8

The first half started slow, the team had a tough time and was three goals behind despite McQueen scoring. Soon, the team started playing much better but were unable to convert enough of their many chances. At the end, Lucca and Gray scored two more for Juve but the match ended as an unfortunate loss. Every player tried their best, gave support, and played well together as a team.

U9

The U9 team once again proves their growing potential with a 5-0 win! The opponent played well but Juve were strong to attack and were able to keep a clean sheet in the defense. Chris and Tameem were solid to defend, pushing up to help the midfield and create attacking chances. Louis scored the opening goal and later bagged a hat-trick in a great overall performance. The other two goals were scored by Tameem as well as Jacob, who did very well on the left. Ty as usual contributed a lot to the team. The entire team worked hard together, a well-deserved win!

U11

The Juventus U11 team had a tough start into the match and conceded three goals as they were unable to get their heads in the game. Slowly, the team gained back their confidence and started playing better. Ines and Jonah scored one each before the end of the first half but Juve were still two goals behind. The second half was much stronger, the players returned to the match to win it. From here, an exhilarating comeback ensues in classic Juventus fashion! Juve close the gap bit by bit, first with a goal from Leon making it 3-4. When Jonah was brought down inside the penalty area, a penalty kick was awarded and Luscien smashes it in to level 4-4. The team kept on fighting until the last moment when Edoardo fired a long shot past the opponent's goalkeeper and scores the match-winner! The crowd and players erupt into a cheer and Juve get their hard-earned win. What a great team win, never give up!

U12

The U12 also won the match with a 2-1 comeback against their opponents. The team first went one goal behind despite dominating the match. Juve had a tough time converting their chances to score but eventually brought back the score to win through goals from Alan and Luis, who had his best game of the season thus far. Hanson did well in the center midfield position as well. In all, great defending and a strong effort from the team!

U13 RONALDO

The U13 Ronaldo continued their fight for the league Champions and secured a 3-1 win. Though Toby scored first to give Juve the lead, it was not easy as the opponent defended well and eventually leveled the score. Joshua and Sky’s goals in the second half gave Juve a secure advantage to win the three points. The team will face the current leaders of the league this weekend, get your heads in the game and let’s win this- Forza Juve!

DYBALA

The Dybala team did well to fight hard against the opponents but ended the match with a loss. The team first fell behind by a few goals, but the team did not give up and were able to score four through braces from Suhail and Toby. This was Suhail’s best performance of the season so far, constantly posing as an attacking threat. Thomas pushed a lot in the second half, as did Kenny who as always gives his 100% to run and give pressure. Ryan, Hanson, Adam, and Toby were all great help to the team, with Toby especially being in top form to score two goals. Tilde led the defense very well and Ines was strong in attack to create chances. In all, a good team effort.

U14

The U14 played a friendly last weekend and earned a 2-1 win. The opponents used a defensive tactic with five defenders in the back, while Juve took control of the ball possession. Matthew Zhou had created many chances to score but it was Alvaro who scored the first goal. Later, the opponent leveled due to a mistake from Juve when a pass back to the goalie turned into an own goal. The coach then requested from the players to play inside the final attacking zone and find ways to get through the opponent’s tough defense. Quintin did a good job following instructions and brought the ball to the threatening areas of the pitch. Through this tactic, Juve earned many corners. After missing a few chances, the team finally converted this into a goal when Alvaro’s corner was headed in by Roshan. In this match, the players were taught a different style of play when the opponent parks the bus (pure defensive play). The team had to find ways to be patient and open the match in order to find a way to score.
