MATCH SUMMARIES

U7

Despite controlling the game from the beginning, the U7 team had a slow start and had difficulty finishing. By the end of the first third, Juve were only up 1-0. After a good talk from the coach before getting back into the game, the team started to play more cohesively, switching play from one flank to another. Five more goals were scored in this third of the match! The last stretch of the match was played just as convincingly and the U7 score four more. Luffie and Francesco scored a hat-trick each, with two goals from Lucas, one from Ricky, and one own-goal. Edoardo, despite having a small injury, did very well as a goalkeeper and fought hard in the striker role. Livia also did well and came close to scoring but was a bit unlucky. In all, amazing performance from the young players!

U8

The very first Juve game of the day, the U8 kicked the day off with a huge 10-1 win! As the team eased into finding a groove, Juve created many chances with a great connection between Lucca and McQueen. McQueen, the MOTM, was able to finish almost all of the chances created, and he alone scored 6 in the first half. The second half was also controlled very well, scoring four more goals and ending the game on a strong note. Nine of the ten goals scored were by McQueen, who was on top form throughout the entire game. Lucca scored the remaining one, but he created many chances as well through crosses. Rafael was strong in goal and Francesco solid in defense and starting counter-attacks. Mike was also reliable in the defense, and Dora performed well in a new position from the coach. Great match, Forza Juve!

U9

The U9 team fought hard for a final 4-4 draw. Juve were a bit unlucky, leading 4-3 until the very end when a penalty was awarded to the opponents. The opposing team took the lead with a goal, but we brought it back when Louis scored a great volley from a corner-kick. We made it 2-1 soon with a powerful long-range shot from Raymond, then Tameem made it 3-1! Despite eventually having a three-goal lead when Raymond scores a personal second, the opponent was able to bring back two goals as Juve’s stamina went down. It seemed that the team was close to winning 4-3, but a last-minute handball inside the box gave the opponent a chance to level, which they did. Though the result was disappointing given the great performance of the team, the players learned a lot from this match and will go forward stronger.

U11

The U11 got off to a good start with two goals, one from Edoardo and a free-kick from Luscien. However, as the players’ stamina went down, the team dropped in performance and conceded four goals from the opponent. Despite the loss, the team did well to work together on the pitch and definitely could have won this match. Moving forward, the coach and players must together work to better learn how to remain focused and sharp throughout the entire game.

U12

The U12 team cruised through their match and won with a comfortable 5-1 scoreline. With two goals from Leon, two from Jonah, and one from Hanson, the players did well to constantly give attacking pressure on the opponent. Defensively, Karen and Mizuna made a strong duo in the back with Ryan as the last line of defense to reliably make any necessary blocks. The team controlled the entire game well and gave the opponent very few threatening attacking chances.

U13 RONALDO

Yet another easy win for the U13 Ronaldo boys, the team claimed a 5-0 win with five different scorers. The first came from Jacob, who used his speed to go past the defenders and slot the ball in goal through the goalkeepers' legs. He assists the next three goals as well, first for Toby, then for Adam, then for Johnny. Giacomo sealed the deal with a fifth goal. The team is performing at an extremely high level, let’s continue this way, Forza Juve!

U13 DYBALA

The U13 Dybala team won 4-1 in a friendly, putting on a great team performance. David, Suhail, William, and Tom were the scorers. The players played cooperative football with a good attitude and fully deserved the win.

U16

The U16 team fought hard but had difficulty creating chances against a stronger opponent. It was a tough loss for the entire team but the hustle continues, keep your heads up and bring forward what you learned into the next match! The coaches sense a great victory coming this week.

SENIOR TEAM

The Senior Team won against their opponents with goals from Eli, Fynn, and Julien. The team did well throughout the entire match to control the game and not give the opponents too many threatening chances. Gui, the goalkeeper, was also crucial as his penalty save allowed the team to keep a clean sheet.
